Payment Instructions

To pay via your PayPal account:

1. Complete the order form above and press “submit”
2. Enter your username and password at the PayPal log in screen and click “log in”
3. Select your preferred payment method and click “pay now”
4. You will receive a payment receipt via email.

To pay via credit card:

If you wish to pay via credit card without logging in to PayPal please follow these steps:

1. Complete the order form above and press “submit”
2. At the PayPal log in screen select “Pay with card”
3. Enter your name, email and credit card details and click “pay now”
4. You will receive a payment receipt via email.
